Sharing my story onthis platform is a huge step but I’ve realised that venting out and not keeping everything enclosed in a container ruins your health. During the month of August I started realising that something was wrong with my health when it came to me being unhappy. Everyday I used to wake up with anxiety and I could not think of anything as to why I was feeling this way. But it was eating me up alive and I was not liking the person I was becoming and I had no idea where to go. But I found the right place and maybe I will be able to heal this way faster and better.

Thank You for mustering up the courage to share what you were going through, it will help a lot of other people to open up and not keep their problems to themselves. I can understand how difficult that time must’ve been for you and even more so difficult for you to talk about it again.
