Restless. lonely and anxious all day long. I am not a porn addict nor wish to see it but as I feel anxious all day the only thing which came in mind to deal with it is porn and then also I remain anxious and restless.

Sit - Back Straight - Breath Normally - focus on breath that you are breathing - Thoughts will come so much but still divert your mind to breathing Focus - do this till your failure

Damn it’s so relatable, the one thing I noticed is when u r lonely u tend to think more about bad things, better try to distract yourself and talk to people around you, so you don’t think about it

Try to sleep early, make a gf with whom you can share your stress and loving someone will distract your mind from every such things
