Okay so soon maybe Iβm gonna start yoga classes Iβm totally beginners and i donβt have any body moment and i rarely go out of my house and whenever I go I feel in pain my body as the activity happens after 5,6 so my body muscles arenβt releasedβ¦ Any tips what should do while starting my yoga classes
