Okay, but like, why do i keep stress and bored eating (Iβm also eating a lot when Iβm bored, and Iβm stressed and bored almost all the time). My question is why tf Iβm doing that. Like, I either eat because of stress or just skip eating an entire day because of stress wtf
you could try eating bubble gum and read or listen to musik or keep yourself busy so you donβt have to stress in the end
Iβm eating a lot of gum and now my mom got mad at me because she says itβs not healthy and Iβm eating too much gum so I donβt really have gum anymore. And I am stressed because my exams that are coming so I need to study which is making me bored and stressed in the same time
