I am a hopeless fellow human being, one who waits for pain free spring in this never ending painful winter and for the day that well being will appear on my doorstep. A part of me knows this daydream will never occur, but a hopeless heart contains more dreams than a mindful brain.

This sounds so void, everything I feel is invalid.
It's just that, no matter how hard I try, she has better luck. No matter how hard I try, she achieves more than me. No matter how hard I try, she wins. I used to be the best, but she took away everything from me. There is no way I can get it back. I've tried so hard. She cheats and gets ahead of me, and no matter how much effort I put into originality, perfection, and accuracy, she always gets the benefits. Just because she is more confident.
My question is, is confidence really just the key?
if so, any tips on how to let go of fear and become confident? 


Don't make it a pastime to constantly find fault and pick on others. Turn to yourself instead. There’s so much you can do to improve yourself. Don't be blind to your own shortcomings.
