Surround yourself with individuals who are great for your wellbeing – It may be troublesome to undertake and make modern companions, be that as it may it is critical for you to encompass yourself with individuals who are great for you, who will help impact you to form positive choices and way better educated choices.

Avoid replying their suggestions/questions: Changing the subject to something else, this may offer assistance with you in not engaging in challenging questions or behaviours.

Make an excuse to leave: for case “I need to go home”. You'll be in control of your conduct and not lock in in unhelpful activities.

I have this new issue with me. I feel disgusted in my own skin. I feel dirty. I do have good hygiene it’s not that, it’s just I don’t know I feel disgusted with how I feel, what I do, how I eat, my lifestyle and my life. Whatever I do I feel disgusted by it. I don’t know why this is happening because I feel very comfortable with myself but I don’t know this is so weird. I have to shower every day even if I’m not dirty, I have to shower because otherwise, I won’t be able to sleep or function during the day. Like what the fuck why is this a thing with me? I do my skin cares, I do shower, I do my bed, my room. Like I have a good environment but what is it that bothers me? Am I going crazy or what?

Life

I’m a teenager in 11th grade trying to figure out life. When I’m asked what is it that you want to take up as a career I never have an answer. For quite a few months now I’ve been giving it a lot of thought and a part of me tells me that I should go into the entertainment industry and do films and modelling because I feel I hold myself back from expressing at a lot of times and given that opportunity I’d be able to Express myself so well because one way or another I have been acting since a kid and so many times pretending to have conversations with no one or putting myself in situations when I’m alone and behaving as I would if I were in that situation. but another part of me tells me maybe I should not. maybe I should just do a job and grow that way. But when I think about it I’m really confused. I don’t want an ordinary life, when I look at actors and the life they have I envy them, not because of the money, but the way they live life. But even after all this I still have no clarity. plus my family is in a bad financial position at the moment, and my parents expect of me to do something where money is guaranteed so there’s no chance of being in a tough spot. while i understand their concern, at the end I want to make my story worth telling people, but how I’m not sure at all.

Somebody here? I really want to jusr drift away talking to anybody...for a few minutes....just literally drift away to another land where I forget myself my mind everything for sometime.......
