My mom is facing sun-down dementia. She starts to forget things that happened 5 minutes ago but this happens only in the evenings. She is completely okay in the day. She is on medication but it gets really hard to handle the situation at times, when sometimes she doesn’t even recognise me.

My granny had the same problem. It was very very tough to handle her, I can understand what you’re going through. You will just have to keep patience xx
