my health has been off, i just want to feel better. if anyone out there is reading this? please send prayers/vibes/whatever you practice <3 i want to choose positive thoughts; not all thoughts are helpful. the future is a concept. we only live in now. but mental illness makes me see too far into the future and i freeze up; i fainted 2 weeks ago. i’m recovering but i would love for some emotional support ;; and i want my appetite back

I am here to send some positive energy your way. :)
Take deep breaths as it helps your mind to calm down. It’s a phase and it will pass soon. Don’t stress out because of it.

When I am in such a situation, I talk to my friends or talk to myself about everything/anything and it just changes my mood. You too find what makes YOU HAPPY. Some also just sleep and wake up the next day to feel fresh and energetic and start a new day.

Hello, have you tried meditation? It can be kinda tricky to calm your mind down and try to be in the present moment without overthinking but it is like a muscle, the more you train it - the better you get. Once you start to turn off your negative mental chatter and focus on the present moment your mind gets some time to relax and reset. It is like mental hygiene. It has helped me alot with being mindful of my negative thought patterns and to learn to just relax and don’t overstress and overthink. Hope this was helpful. Best wishes!😀
