My best friend and lover left me like anything. We had been together for around 2 years and he just ended it. I’m lost. He was my best friend. I shared every tiny part of my life with him. I don’t know what to do, who to talk to and what to talk. I was suffering from depression 2 years back and I think everything is triggering that. I feel anxious all the time. I’ve lost my appetite. I can’t concentrate on anything. I feel like lost. Sometimes I can’t even remember small details of the happenings. I can’t remember what I did today.

sorry if this is useless or doesn’t help at all but to start off please try to eat something ; cereal , snacks , something because lack of food leads to fatigue ( tiredness ) which comes to my next point. i’m not sure but maybe write down what you do? for example you made your bed today , cleaned somewhere , brushed your teeth and maybe you’ll remember those lite details. now to the main point, i really hope you don’t blame yourself for what he did. it’s a tough time you’re going through but dragging the weight of your friends d*ath it appears to be having a big impact on you. i hate to be the bad guy and i wouldn’t want to make you feel any worse i promise but if this is causing you to be a bad version of yourself then… maybe you should stop grieving them? i’m sorry i don’t want to make you feel any worse i promise i know how hard it is to lose someone who’s always been by your side but they’d always wish the best for you. with or without you x
