#Mentalhealth conditions are increasing worldwide. Mainly because of demographic changes, there has been a 13% rise in mental health conditions and substance use disorders in the last decade (to 2017). Mental health conditions now cause 1 in 5 years lived with disability.

Okay this decade, this generation is messed up. 
Mental health seems to be all time low as far as i can see. What the reason??

Stress

Talking about mental health is not attention seeking . People die in silence everyday due to this judgment and then people finally say " i wish they spoke up". We are in a society to stigmatises mental health but mours sucide.

It's sad to realise that most of the people I know are faking it and pretending to be cool. They post mental health awareness post and when I try to talk to them actually in reality they just ignore messages and calls. 
It's sad how we can't share how we actually feel to a friend or a family member. 

Life

If anyone is going through any mental health related issues you can mention them in the comments I will try to answer them as correctly as I can.

I don't know who needs to hear this but 'Your mental health is as important as your physical health'. Some of the biggest valuable lessons this pandemic has taught us, is this! Writing this also because May is Mental Health Awareness Month :) Hope you all are taking of your mental and physical health.
