M feeling like i don’tdeserveto be loved…my friends n family don’t check on me…i don’t know its me who don’t deserve them or ppl around me r not good for me…
It’s just that you are overthinking or maybe it’s that they don’t deserve a person like you.
You are far better for them n you’ll get your one who’ll love you enough that you won’t ever feel unlovable. And will always hold unto you… just trust on God’s timing

These are just temporary thoughts which come in mind. Don’t judge other people’s mind, talk to them first. Family and friends both. May be they are thinking you don’t want to be bothered. Talking is the best way of expressing feelings. Try to be healthy. Drink lots of water. Have good sleep and do some exercise or sports. It will keep your mind healthy and busy. And no such thought will bother you buddy.
Everyone is lovable and deserved to be treated best. Hope you will do good.

Things are temporary dear. That’s best solution I gave you is to talk. You can do one thing, ask everyone 1 trait of yours they don’t like. Then make a list of those traits. And think which one you think should be changed.( Not necessary every trait has to be changed) And try changing that 1 by 1 towards a positive side. It will help you immensely in future and give you self confidence.
