Two months back I was at your place. I tried this thing of a walk technique and it helped me. Whenever I used to feel breathless, I would get up walk slowly practicing deep breathing for ten seconds. That used to instantly make me feel better and my oxymeter reading would show good oxygen levels.
Also please make sure you do 10 mins breathing pranayama practice in the morning and evening… this is a game changer. I accepted it the hard way. Please take breathing exercises seriously. If will help you recover fast and also fight the post covid symptoms.
