I can't even share this. nahi...kisi ko nahi bataana hai. For recent 2 days, I am feeling Suicidal throughout the day. I am feeling hopeless. (no motivation) And now I took Ayurveda Medicines for Suicidal Ideation. Also, in the college (in the recent 2 days), my hands are shaking or cannot hold pen to write the content in the book when teacher used to dictate for a long time. I am feeling hungry/thirsty during the lectures even after drinking a lot of water. Actually, the problem is from the entire college, only I submitted the research paper on Blockchain Technology to Cambridge University, England and Prince Sultan University, Saudi Arabia for which I didn't sleep properly for 2 days (29 and 30th July 2022) because I was generating the report (research paper) and everyone expects from me a lot but the issue is (let it be... I can't even say it here). The problem is no matter to where I submit the research papers, I am not getting satisfied.

Suicidal Ideation

Yk people used to stay away from me a lot, i really had no friends left cause i was gaining a lot of weight, then I decided to hit the gym and really not gonna lie, I have friends! They want the same body as mine! And it matters. Your body and your personality matters, you cannot sit like that and be in this fuckin pain! Hit the gym and be alpha, I gained confidence, even people approach me a lot these days and then i used to think about how I used to be. And ykw this is all just sayings ki everybody is perfect, ik nobody is perfect but you can be if you

Frustration

I don't like our culture where you have respect every elder. Respect is earned,comes from within. Not every senior guy is good,some are extremely toxic. The saying that parents or elders are always right is not good. parents hitting their kids to teach them is worst. sometimes parents even beat children without a reason. You are not allowed to ask questions, or question their judgment . Just live in fear without understanding 

I have this huge crush on my TL ( team leader) whom I apparently report to at work, she's also 4 years older than me and to add to it I have a Girlfriend.  Both have no idea i feel like this. Nor can I talk to anyone about it cause I'm gonna look like the bad guy.  No matter what I do i just can't help it or remove her out of my head. I'm so confused what to do, its driving me crazy!
