Living with anxiety can be difficult. Not being able to cope with feelings of anxiety means they can get out of control and affect everyday life
There are many coping strategies that people use to manage their anxiety. For example, looking after their physical health by moving more and eating healthily; talking to someone they trust; using stress management and relaxation techniques; and making sleep a priority.

After I took the medicine, for the first time then I realised how relax one is supposed to be. Still struggling but now I know what should be done and how to not panic. But still sometimes I panic attacks but its ok.
If I don’t have a busy schedule then I am anxious, so trying to acknowledge that and work on it.
