Like not only today but from since few weeks i getting more anxious and scarry then i start getting bad dreams like about ghosts and me killing myself. Then i also started overthinking like on another level which is harming my mental peace. And during this time only like today only my boyfriend broke up with me. So i donโ€™t know what to do at last.

Already feeling down and out , on top of that breakup ๐Ÿ˜ค
But i guess it is a good riddance, while in a relationship if you were not at peace and if he left you at this time when you were at your lowest, i guess itโ€™s better that you parted ways with him๐Ÿ™

Talking about the issues and bad dreams you are struggling with, i guess you need to surround yourself with positivity, talk to someone who makes u feel good, probably visit hometown or grandparents or cousins, try a solo trip somewhere, travelling to some place if possible, play with kids in the society, go for a walk in park, try to play some outdoor game like badminton ๐Ÿธ.

Keep yourself occupied else bad thoughts will grip you , overthinking will make matters worseโ€ฆ

Hav you been watching horror movies, series or podcasts v hav a part of mind which collects such information and den it comes to our dreams try meditating and keep calm and the one whom u called your boyfriend was just a known stranger coz this was the time he was supposed to help instead of disappearing so just chill itโ€™s good of getting rid of fake ppl

He actually said he already facing some family problems and i actually trying to adjust myself only in those situations too. But when i share he is like i m a bad person and all, i need a break etc and he left. I didnโ€™t watched horror movie since last 6 months and today i watched a she hulk episode only.

Now Iโ€™ll tell u what it is this bad dreams are your thoughts harassing you in your dreams that u did think what will u do after you guys break up and thatโ€™s in your conscious part of mind which showcases your thoughts just stop overthinking try mediating
