Last 2-3 days have been very overwhelming.
I lost my grandmother out of the blue.
We were still recovering from our grandfather’s death from April.
It is very tough.
It is more overwhelming because there are lot more other things apart from this to deal with and I am finding it hard to get through the month.

Hi esha, sorry for your loss. Similar thing happened to me lost my grandmother and grandfather on the same day 12 hours apart. Loss of loved ones takes its time to heal, don’t rush. But for others, write down(really write) all things that bother you. Select top 3 things and work on them, others tackle later. Slowly but steadily is the best way to come out. Love ❤️

I lost my maternal and paternal grandfather last yr in a gap of 60 days. Both of them deteriorated suddenly and just expired. It was really devastating. There is something really awful about losing the head of the family. I understand your pain. Loads of love ❤️

i am so sorry for your loss Esha, i can’t feel the pain you’re going through but i hope and pray that you come out strong of this with cherishing the memories of your grandparents side by side. actually one can never come out of it, we just adapt ourselves to live with it and when we learn to do so that’s exactly when we cherish those memories better than ever. So praying that you celebrate their life and not grieve over their sorrowful demise. Best wishes and lots of good vibes!!!

i know that the amount of loss you had is enormous because grandparents are always close to you. but we have to move on. some tips include
talk to your best friend jab bhi tum low feel kro aur better hoga agar wo tumhare parents ho to.
listen to noor e khud from myname is khan, khwaja mere khawaja from jodha akbar , arziyan from delhi 6 , allah hi raham from my name is khan namo namo from kedarnath and ye honsla. make a playlist of these songs and listen whenever you feel low. overcome this as soon as possible. In the words of SRK " haso muskurao khush raho kya pata kal ho na ho"
hope it works
