I’ve quit cigarettes and have taken a break from social media since a couple of weeks and I genuinely feel better.

While there are still days when the heavy weight of life sets in but overall as a person, I feel way less shitty about myself and in general have a better mood with more energy.

Replaced those with different activities like taking a walk, listening to music, having a skincare routine. There gotta be something that engages you and make you feel better.

So, Yeah it’s definitely worth it. I’ll probably continue the break for longer.

I’d highly suggest you to do that, makes your life a little better.
