it might sounds kinda weird but i acctualy wish i had depression bc then i would finaly know whatโ€™s wrong with me, now i just donโ€™t know how i feel and iโ€™m just tired trying to figure it out. can someone please teel me iโ€™m not the only one??!!

Hey!
Being in depression is a mental illness and I suppose you wouldnโ€™t want it. Same like someone has Fever and you donโ€™t want it to get you, right?

Also, itโ€™s a misconception that people who are in depression know the PROBLEM. No, they just feel much worse than an ordinary person. They wish to get better mentally as they feel very exhausted.

Deep down we know what we want, itโ€™s just we are not sure if thatโ€™s what will make us happy or money in future. Ask to yourself what makes you happy and satisfied. What will make you feel accomplished. I too sometimes donโ€™t know why am I doing this or what i truly want. But over a period of time I do because I try to figure things out.

okay your right about the depression side. i shouldnโ€™t said that sorry. but iโ€™m serious i have no fucking idea what i feel and what i want, i just want to have rest or something like that and just want that everything is cool again and i have just no idea what to do๐Ÿ˜”

So, just sleep with nothing going in your mind. Before sleeping say to yourself โ€œTomorrow will be a New dayโ€. If you arenโ€™t able to sleep force so that you donโ€™t have to think about all this.

However, the fact is you can never escape from it. Talk to your friends maybe they will know whatโ€™s going on with you? And how to tackle with it. Sit down and be nice to yourself. Have a chat with yourself. Ask yourself certain questions. When did it start, how i reacted in that situation, what i wanted instead, how would i have reacted if not this, is this something serious or more than i thought, should i seek professional help or i had this before as well and i can deal with it again.
When you talk to yourself you have answers to ceratin questions always and when you do it becomes easy to find a way out.
Just take deep breaths and say I can do this and i will be out of all this. :)
