Is there any free therapist or some one whom i can talk to. i need help.



How should one rewire their mindset from being perfect to imperfect i mean it's normal to make mistakes. My parents i believe are expecting too much from me whereas my thoughts and opinions about life are differing.. This has perhaps put me in a state where my ideas are unleashed limitlessly and i can't stop my creativity however, my mind has become unstable cause I don't want to sit n explain myself to anyone even my parents only to be judged by them who will put me in self doubt and make me doubt my choices about what i want to do in life, instead being supportive. I am perceived way too forward. And i want to stay away from their drama and arguments n manipulation.

So right now I feel like nutsack. Who once went to therapy and whenever something happens I get told to "chill out" , "not to over react" and " you should talk to your therapist about this". This just makes me feel like I am nutcase and will crack up any second. Like I can't believe my own sister told that too me who btw I never thought would. So she told something to me in a very ridiculous way and I told her something and became a heated fight and she told me you are.overthinking and we fought on that. Its like why can't she just accept me as I am. I may have over reacted but just accept me for who I am and like not continuosly tell me what's wrong with me. 

Has anyone tried therapy using the therapy & me feature on the web app? If yes, how was the experience? 

I want to try therapy, but I do not have the means to afford it. I have thoughts of ending my life everyday. What should I do ?
