Is it very strange/ creepy to give a guy you don’t know flowers just because?
I’m very shy so I don’t know how to approach new people, I was thinking on randomly giving flowers to people at my college and also to the guy I like so it doesn’t look suspicious or anything.

I don’t think you should try with the flowers at the first place only, it is sweet but it may not be really pleasing to some people. Try to go and talk for a while maybe
