Is it okay to not be okay…lately its just sadness, emptiness, self doubts…
yes it is… but living with this thought is not
i dont know, the thought that you might be a failure in life is the worst.
yes it is … everyday I feel that but getting over that thought is important , I usually cook something , make my bed choreograph a dance step a=or treat myself with lots of skin care . it just feels good and gives you that confidence that you did something today.
And henceforth you’ll not feel that bad as you were at the starting of the day.
I wish it could be that easy…
Yeah its okay to feel so, but what’s not okay is not acknowledging your feelings and not finding out what’s causing them.
