if itโ€™s just for a second and you wouldnโ€™t act on it and it scares you, I think thatโ€™s normal. If itโ€™s more than a second or you would act on it or the thought doesnโ€™t scare you, definitely seek help

I feel u dude. And feeling suicidal is not normal. I feel extremely suicidal at least two days a week. Iโ€™m ashamed to say that i even tried few dumb things to kill myself.

I can suggest that you talk to a friend. But i donโ€™t think Iโ€™ll even get a friend to talk about this. So itโ€™s a lame useless suggestion.

Best think that worked for me till now is writing suicide note. I burn it afterwards. It really helps to realise you donโ€™t need to do it. And it shall pass with hope of one day finding happiness.
