In this world of social media. We are not getting connected we are getting emotionally vulnerable.In my opinion we are comparing our lives with others. Which was not even in trend if I talk about 7-8 year ago. I am feeling depression and anxiety has become so common in us today should we blame this environment else we should learn to deal with this changing world.
Breakups happen so random and friendship happen so random over these platform this place is not for emotional and sensitive person.
Else we should become higjly emotional intelligent.
We are getting affected by our surroundings so much because everybody has got many options if not this then that.

But don’t you think now it has become more common.
I am not blaming social media because even we are replying each other on social media.
I am saying just normalise using it don’t get affected by it because today’s world is just show off for likes and comments and that’s life these days.

Social media, has two face like most of the things around us i guess. It can be really useful and helplful in a good hand, and vice versa with tha bad one’s which we know the most.
Yes everything has pros and cons.
Social media is giving people employment indeed.
So my question is WATS the solution even connected on social media people feel lonely why.
Because they spend so much time. Scrolling feeds that they forget to connect people in reality that’s why we are living in fantasy world
