In my school times, I had major anger issues which affected my well being. It not only affected me but my parents,younger brother,friends and other people I interacted with. I never knew that I needed help because at that time nobody really cared about mental health. Later on,when I took psychology as my subject it changed everything for me. I started exploring myself. That was the time when I started doing ZENTANGLE. It is a form of art which releases your stress and helps you become a better person. Whoever reads this I recommend you try this for your benefit.

Never heard about this art form, but would love to explore it. Even I experience anger issues and Iโm always finding ways to help it. Sometimes I spend time in nature or being engrossed in a book. This calms the mind to a large extent too.
