Getting stressed and feeling burnt out is a completely normal feeling . I guess, try taking some time off from your routine and take care of yourself, do the things that make you happy. You can call up an old friend, watch a new series online,cook something new and do the thing that make you truly happy.Why not make a bucket list? I hope this helps.
