Im so sad because i lost my temper and misunderstood someone and later felt very bad for my behaviour…everytime i try to stay calm and try not to respond for a situation but i am loosing my control due to my short temper…

For this practice some yoga and meditation to calm you down…
And in such situations look at your shoes and start counting from numbers backwards…
