Im rarely at peace with my body. I keep looking at myself , touching parts i would like to change , fat I would like to get rid off, fat I would like to have. It gets exhausting , all this over-thinking just leaves me tires.

Hey, I would just like to say that you are so brave for writing all this so openely.I am sure a lot of people can relate to it. However, I do believe the issue needs intervening from either a doctor or anyone you trust with this and generous dose of self love. Remember, beauty or worth isnt skin deep. They dont make you beautiful. You and your body are worthy just because you are. I hope you try connecting to your physical vessel by affirmations, healthy eating, exercise etc. One of my favourite creators Olanikeeosi is on instagram as well as youtube. She has podcasts etc that may be of help to you.I hope you check them out and give yourself a break:)
