I’m not feeling myself lately…Here i am trying to lose weight trying to care for myself but not able to focus…Plus feeling a little depressed too😔

Being yourself is the right thing to do. If you want to lose because you really want to then you just gotta have the heart to do it. Don’t let anyone change you or your thoughts. Be you. Can you tell me why you are depressed it might help to talk.
Thanks for writing 😄 Well the reason for my depression is probably my ever changing will power and me not being able to focus on my weight loss…at one point i wanna be this person who wants to love myself and start living a healthy lifestyle bt then at the same i just dont get the motivation to do so…How can i ever overcome this😔

Only you can motivate yourself to do something. Till the time it doesn’t come from the inside it will not happen.
Think about all the things you will achieve once you start doing things you are trying to but can’t continue with. List down it may help you. Make a schedule and start working towards it. It may sound vague but once it becomes a habit you would never want to leave it. Even if you don’t want to force yourself into because in the end you are doing this for yourself and no body else. Procastinating everday will leave you with nothing.
