I’m new to this platform and just a teensy bit scared of using it too. Today is Saturday, and because I work full-time, I wanted to study over the weekend for an exam that I have to take in a couple months. Got into an argument with one of my parents this morning and it sort of derailed my tone for the day. Things have been difficult at home lately, and my anxiety has been off the charts even though I maintain my composure, and let’s just say, I’ve been trying to do my best. I even make time to exercise regularly, just to keep my mental health in check, apart from other things. And it’s half past 5 now, and I haven’t been as productive as I would’ve liked to be, and I’m still upset over what transpired in the morning.

Glad to get this off my chest. Phew.
