“I’m fricking useless. I don’t have a mental disorder and I’m sad without a reason every fudging night. I’m desperate to fall in love, but I’m scared to. I sometimes want to die, but I’m scared of pain. I want to lose weight, but I’m back to eating sweets because of stress. I hate my skin, but I forget to use those creams to heal it. I forget to be sad at day so why am I always sad at night? Other people think I’m just a kid so why am I dealing with these emotions? I wanna tell it to someone, but I don’t want them to be worried about me. “I’ll be fine” is what I want to believe, but I only see things in the mirror that make me cry. I want to lose weight, I want to be pretty, I want to get rid of my antenna, I want to be funny, I want to be charming…I want someone to love me…I should talk more, but If I would I think I might make people worry. I want to get therapy, but I don’t need it. I know it. I’m perfectly fine and yet I’m not. But other people have it worse so I shouldn’t complain. I should be happy I’m alive and yet…why it’s so hard to be happy?” This is from my diary. I’ve been thinking about this stuff a lot lately and I don’t know if I should be concerned or is it just a phase?

Whatever you’re going through is very normal for a person to feel this way!! You’re just depressed and young! Everything will be perfectly alright when you stop complaining about yourself and START LOVING YOURSELF FOR WHO YOU ARE❤❤!!

Spend some quality time with Your family, friends and especially With YOURSELF!! Understanding yourself and what you need is the key! Don’t try to keep up with the society and beauty standards of society it changes time to time!! YOU GOTTA BE YOURSELF AND DO SOMETHING THAT MAKES YOU REALLY PROUD OF YOURSELF WHEN YOU THINK ABOUT YOU!!
