First start with waking up early than regular time
First find a strong reason why u want this change in your life and how does iys gonna make ur life better! When u find this answer! Try to write it down somewhere and see it every night before sleeping(this helps u in long run! Reasons drives us forward in life) and put some powerful alarm ringtone which motivates you to wakeup without snoozing. Try to keep up with this for atleast 3 to 4 days!!! Thats the only time u feel this hard!! Once u follow a routine for few days u will do it without pushing urself so hard! All d best
