I think I have anxiety issue,
I got married recently, and me and husband stay with in laws.
my in laws fight a lot, their fight makes the whole environment very negative,
I never lived in such environment,
I canβt complain frequently about this to my husband.
MY FIL is egoistic and narcissist person i have ever seen on earth, its really difficult for me to live with such person.
Itβs always been hard for me to share my feeling to another person, in my entire life my husband is the only one with whom I have shared a lot of things,
but in this case I donβt want to speak against his mom and dad.
Itβs hard for me to sleep, this frustration of mine is coming out in body pains. I feel constant pressure in my head, my productivity at work is going down.
Should I go see a therapist? i never had help to process my thoughts.
Hey. Just donβt think so much. Ignore your in laws. It will be hard to ignore but you will get used to it, the sooner the better.

Ignoring is not easy as u guys stay under one roofβ¦ Canβt take it to to your husband as at one point he will flipβ¦ If you have frnds then pls share things with them or the best thing you could do is take up therapy sessionsβ¦
