I think covid has really messed up things for me. (Affecting my mental health I mean)
Everyday I feel something is wrong with my body. Sometimes my heart, lungs, liver etc.
I know I should stop overthinking but how?

How do you distract yourself when someone pings you. This is one of the ways. Get yourself distracted or focus on things that is important. Or tell me more so we all can understand you much better

Meditate,it will be really helpful
Do something you find productive it’s not necessary that is studies
It can be anything don’t blame yourself for anything
