I need to do something for my anger issues. Unintentionally i am hurting my closed ones.

I also have a lot of anger issues… What I do is… I don’t suppressed it… You can write when you’re angry. It will prevent less damage and it will release you… You can also cry when you’re angry… This helps… Cry as much as you want… When my anger is overflowing then all I do is cry… I cry as much as I can… Then it makes me feel relaxed after a while… Just make sure to know what is the actual reason of your anger

When u are angry maybe try to be just with yourself and talk to u and ask yourself what makes u angry or tell them to talk later at them and that u need a moment for yourself , or if u realice that some anger will come to u , just stop what u are doing and go to breathe or do a thing u like to do
