I need to do something for my anger issues. Unintentionally i am hurting my closed ones.

I also have a lot of anger issuesβ¦ What I do isβ¦ I donβt suppressed itβ¦ You can write when youβre angry. It will prevent less damage and it will release youβ¦ You can also cry when youβre angryβ¦ This helpsβ¦ Cry as much as you wantβ¦ When my anger is overflowing then all I do is cryβ¦ I cry as much as I canβ¦ Then it makes me feel relaxed after a whileβ¦ Just make sure to know what is the actual reason of your anger
When u are angry maybe try to be just with yourself and talk to u and ask yourself what makes u angry or tell them to talk later at them and that u need a moment for yourself , or if u realice that some anger will come to u , just stop what u are doing and go to breathe or do a thing u like to do
