I know i have been getting thinner but not exactly. Only my face is looking dull than before and i lost some face fat, its due to stress and lack of night sleep. My dad thinks that am not eating because am afraid i will become fat. I never once in my life thought that eating too kuch will make me fat or i will become fatter so i need to stop eating. They just speculate their own reasons of me mot eating much. Its just that my diet is small, i cant eat so much at a time. Actually my dads second wife is not a good cook, i do it sometimes but i cant do it everyday since am a student. I loose my appetite, she almost same food everyday and that too not much taste. But yeah its not her fault entirely, i should take other protine diet and also sleep early and main thing is to reduce my stress.

hey,
hope you and your family are doing well!
almost every adult on this planet has stress…some of them know how to deal with it and some don’t. if you realise that you have stress that is making you lose weight than you need to understand that this is not normal and that you need to help to deal with your stress. try talking to your friends or to your family members and if nothing works try writing things down.
whatever it is that you are stressing about, just try to take things slow 1 thing at a time and I am sure you’ll figure it out soon!
