I keep wanting to hit myself as a way of stopping myself from self harming. And I’ve got a head ache today bc of it :)

Distract yourself. With anything. Cartoons, dance, paint, music anything. Also you are the most sweet person and so brave i have ever met. I believe in you so you believe in yourself too buddy
