I just found out that I’m COVID positive. I went to school the last two days including today. So now I’m wondering did I get it from school. Or did I get and just endanger everyone that I know. I’m freaking out and I’m kind of afraid that I gave it to my friends as well and that they won’t talk to me again.

It’s not like you give covid to someone.You didn’t know and you had not intentionally went to spread it,who knows someone from them might have infected you.
