I just don’t feel like doing anything. Even the phone irritates my now. I just wanna be alone somewhere far away.

I am also feeling same because sometimes even if we give our best we end up with losing everything, we can’t talk to our friends because of trust issues and there is always a feeling of being judged, what I do is to always see the bright side of the things, it’s ok to feel alone sometimes to know yourself better, don’t get too stressed just take this time as your opportunity and do something for yourself… Hope for the best…

Sometimes it’s really really hard to face the reality, whatever is happening , wo don’t wanna be there but somehow we have to.
So what can we do ?
Do something that makes you really happy even if that’s for a second.
Pamper yourself, take long shower. Take deep Breaths. Think about something which can motivate you.
Focus on your career even if it seems tough, small step each day.
