I have had depression and anxiety since quite some time now. If you don’t feel ok talk to someone or go to a therapist or a psychiatrist. I wasted a lot of time in acting all okay just so I didn’t have to show I was weak. It’s okay, plz if you think you have a mental health problem just seek help don’t waste yours and others time.
This shows how nice of a person you are! people who have dealt with problems always make sure others around them don’t suffer from same thing.
