@ell

I have DPD, Borderline Personality Disorder and Narcissistic Personality Disorder.

And they said Iโ€™m showing signs of having Obsessive-Compulsive Personality Disorder because of my anger issues.

Am I dangerous? Do you guys think I can harm others? (Not only physically but mentally).

Hey @ell,
No! You will never hurt someone intentionally. Itโ€™s just in your mind.
Try to stay focused. Meditate for a few minutes in the morning.
Try doing some Yoga.
Always keep a smile on your face, youโ€™ll feel good.
Stay Happy :)

Hi!
You are not dangerous. I read about these, have sessions with experts so that you can overcome them or atleast feel better. Itโ€™s always better to treat them than ignoring, right?

Also, look out for anger issues techniques to overcome it. For the time being, whenever you feel Angry or feel like shouting or irritated of the situation, tell your mind - Be calm, you need to ignore those things and you can do it. When you speak this to yourself multiple times your Subconsious mind will accept it and start acting like that. Even if you are not angry, just say to yourself I will try my best to be calm and not be angry as it will harm me and no one else. And you donโ€™t want to feel so angry, right? You can give a try and with time you will be able to see the difference.

Only you can know the answer to that question. Itโ€™s impossible to avoid harming people mentally/emotionally. People do it accidentally all the time, but in terms of physical harm, think back on the rest of your life before this moment. Have you crossed that line before? If yes, then yes, you can. If no, then you likely wonโ€™t, but thatโ€™s not a guarantee. Sometimes we get tested under the worst possible conditions. It doesnโ€™t make you a terrible person. We can only do the best we can, even if others think weโ€™re not trying at all.
