I have an OCD of constantly biting my nails. So many people have tried to stop me and asked me not to do it but I just can’t seem to stop. It’s such a small thing, I don’t even feel like going to the doctor for it

I have an OCD for constantly cleaning my phone. I feel so agitated and frustrated when I dont do so. Showing the doctor did help me.

It’s not a small thing and it can get worse if not treated. You should see a therapist of a psychiatrist. It should help. Nothing wrong in going to a professional to better you mental health.

You don’t have to. You should get nail varnish for it. It is bitter and tastes awful and it has been used for ages to get rid of the nail biting habbit. You can probably order it online or get it at any cosmetic store.
