I feel the same way sometimes! I absolutely love chocolate and require it on most days. However, we must recognize the importance of regulation to avoid any serious problems later! Tell yourself that you are stronger than this and don’t need sugar everyday to make yourself feel better.

I believe I am a borderline sugar addict myself and I cannot tell you how difficult it gets for me to keep this habit at bay. Lately, I’ve tried to overcome it by switching to honey. One teaspoon of pure honey every single time you crave sweets. It definitely helps to curb the cravings and is even healthier than other sweets/chocolates. Try it and let me know if it helps you :)

Hi Afreen, i know desserts are very delicious and sweet. Even at a point of time i was at your place. I used to get chocolates everywhere and everytime. Then i realised i am eating excess of sweets. This harmed my health also. So i took up a step and made my schedule like having limited amount of chocolates and desserts each day and then reducing it by some amount. Now a day has come when i eat a very few amount of sweets and desserts.
