I have a freaking test tomorrow and I haven’t studied yet. I feel like an idiot lmao! So just already saying.. I’m gonna get a fail 👏🏽

I am very scared of exams. It brings old memories back of how I attempted suicide because of the mere thought that I would fail. 
Now I have to face exams again next week and although I know I will pass, I am feeling depressed, lonely, and have an intense feeling to cut my carotid and die. 
also, I had a very rough fight with my brother last week which has added to the feeling. I feel useless and a burden to my parents.

Hii, I'm a medical student and with exams approaching and huge syllabus I am too stressed these days and I often feel very guilty of not studying the required hours earlier, not being sincere enough, and not keeping myself up to mark, this doesn't let me focus now also while studying and I feel pressured thinking how will I complete my syllabus. And I get too distracted when studying :(

Hello! My boyfriend and I are on a break. Which I initiated as we were growing distant coz of various stresses in our lives. The first few days were easy, but today was just a very bad day for me. I couldn’t stop thinking about him, couldn’t take a prep exam as I Was too preoccupied and just laid in bed being sad. I mostly forgot to function. I need to focus on my GMAT prep and be done with it. The whole point of this break was to focus on myself but how do I do that when I’m too distracted. Does anyone have any tips/ encouraging words on how to deal with this.
