I had a panic attack which happened out of nowhere. I was watching a movie and started crying during an emotional scene and continued for the next two hours. I could barely talk or breathe. I don’t know why this happened.
Hey, it could be anything that could have triggered it. Could have been a scene that could have made you remember an instance or could have been pent up anxiety, fatigue. The key is let yourself feel whatever you are feeling. Your feelings, however confusing, are all valid and acceptable. Remember, breathe deeply, in and out.
Try consulting a doctor. Everything can’t be considered lightly.
Panic attacks are a huge deal. Don’t let that pass, consult a Psychologist and look for therapy that suits you. Even if it’s one incident, it could harm you a lot more later.
