I guess I could say that I have a messed up sleep schedule. I faced a traumatic incident when I was a kid. Due to that I started to have nightmares. Itโs very rare for me to have to peaceful dream.
I started sleeping late and woke up early. 4 hours of sleep will give you a deep sleep and the brain wonโt have enough time for a dream. Iโm not sure if doing this is the right thing or not. But Iโm not ready to talk about that incident to anyone yet so I donโt know what else to do.
Listen to music when you sleep, fix your sleep schedule, you need to sleep enough to be healthy and it will help you overcome the nightmares. Also you could just anonymously talk to anyone about it whenever you feel like
I really wish I could hug you now instead of this text message. I know you must be feeling devastated and lonely now thereโs a boyband called bts (k-pop grp) I have been through this and since then I came to know about this and I started listening to their music and its very healing its in korean i donโt understand what they are saying but I always get the message they are trying to share with us. I hope it helps :)
