I feel very terrible everyday.overthinking is leading to worse now. Unnecessary things just keeps ruining my mood every time.i don’t feel confident anymore.hate leaving my room. Can’t focus. going difficult balancing my family & relationship life. Can’t handle my anger anymore I just get panic over small things.
Yeah right it happened with me too…few years back I was like you I cant even go out of the room but things eventually settled down because priorities are more than our fear and lack of confidence
how did you overcome overthinking?
Just get into something or do what do you want just to neglect the thinking process watch movie do whatever you can in the room or have good time with your family watch movies

hey it happens with all of us at times. I do not feel like leaving the house so many times. But it is tough. The panic is so real. I would suggest going out for a long walk and spending time with yourself!!!
