I feel very depressed and demotivated these days I have my exams in 2 months yet I spend my whole day scrolling I don’t know waht tp doπŸ™ƒ

Umm well I can totally feel you. I’m going through the same. Keep settings short targets. Like what you’ll do in the next half an hour. And work acc to that. Hope that helps. :))

If you are spending most of your time scrolling through social media, I would suggest you deactivate your social media account for a while. Go on social media detox. Control yourself and your dire needs to scroll again and keep in mind that whatever you are doing, it is for your own good.

Many people use social media to pass their time and then after a point of time it becomes addictive. This exact thing happened to me. What I did was social media deactivation and using other methods to pass my time. Rather than scrolling through social media, scroll through inshorts or any other news app, listen to good music that you like, meditate, etc.

I can feel you… This is something which happens with everyone these days… Anyways I always try to look at the bigger picture. Think about your goals and try to study. Best you can do is keep your phone in another room while studying.


Just know it’s never too late to start anything new.
Forget about the time you lost.
You got 2 months and i think its time you realise you gotta work hard and focus. The pleasure you get in scrolling things is not worth keeping your studies aside. These social media and all, they just temporary things.
But career, is not. And there is so much more to life than just some faceless apps. And trust me, that regret you will feel after getting less marks, it sucks.
So, Lock your phone away.
Start today.
You need a break? Go for a walk, eat something. Too tired to do that? Then sleep. Don’t wanna do that? Then okay, you can watch some tv. For a little while. Do not get carried away.
