Try to go for a long walk after dinner 🥗🥣. Try some home workout or dance your heart out 😇
It shall get you so tired that the moment u hit bed u will fall asleep

Ok if reading a book isn’t possible then how about an audiobook??
Try some audio book or short stories at night.
Use earphone and keep eyes closed. You might feel at peace and get some sound sleep
