I don’t know if I have insomania, but I can’t sleep at night. I can sleep all day. I sleep at 6 am and then wake up at 2 pm. Honestly my sleep pattern has been this bad since I was a kid. I never did any co curricular because I would come back home and sleep for 4 hours and then it would be impossible for me to wake up the next day. Even if I take a sleeping pill I will be exhausted and have like heavy eyes and still easily stay up till 2. During regular college days I would sleep at 2:30 and wake up at 6:30 and that was all the sleep I would get all day and I’d be really cranky. After my graduation, I’m a lot less cranky because I sleep plenty but not at the correct time.

Oh, I see. The importance of a set sleep schedule can’t be stressed more. Why don’t you try doing all your stuff by 12 am at max, and then try sleeping? Do this for a few days and then it will become a habit. The peace of the night can sometimes want us to keep awake, but if you go out early in the morning you’ll feel very happy, try doing that once!
