I don’t have any siblings but there used to be an elder sister, we were very close when she was there I thought I also have a sibling but she had to go to abroad for higher studies… when she left she gave me a few chocolates and said I will meet u when I will come back but it’s been like 7 years and I don’t even remember her face because I was studying in grade 7 when she went abroad… And now I don’t even know how to contact her… I feel like I won’t meet her again…

She is not my real sibling and her known ones have shifted somewhere too...

Aww I understand your situation...it's okay...but if she was your real sibling you can obviously ask your parents about her...and if she is just your made sister ask her knowns

Family

It frustrating to me how people often group together introverted, different people together with no knowledge of there internal worlds, values, personalities etc and just base them on the fact that they dont talk much. Like, yes. Uh huh. Thats exactly how that works. Just because that sociopath of  a person dosnt talk much, that mans i must too, be a sociopath then, Based on how less i talk. Even more frustrating is the label of being sneaky and manipulative. 

Mental Health

Note: I am a psychologist. 

On Monday, one of my clients messaged me thanking me for how I transformed and saved his life. On Tuesday, I got fired. 

I had been working with a company for the past 1 year and 6 months. According to my supervisor, I was one of her most sincere and compliant mentees. My clients were always happy with me, I had good scores, everything was perfect until the last couple of months. I started to feel monotony (WFH), I started to work less and less but pulled through. Side by side I was planning to go abroad which happened and I finally filed for resignation last month and started my notice period. I started to slack off, I started to hate work but never let it ruin my relationship with my clients or my supervisor. Since it was WFH, everything was monitored and my slacking off came to their notice. I got an email enlisting my disciplinary issues and immediate termination. As I finished reading the email, I saw I was logged out and could not access my schedule. Messages of appointment cancellations started to pour in. 

I couldn’t stop crying. I feel like a fraud, a failure, I don’t recognise myself. I jeopardised my standing with the supervisor and rest of the team. I took advantage of their niceness to me. I started to resent work and let it show. I take accountability of it, it’s all my fault. I don’t even know why I am venting. I feel like I failed myself, people who believed in me, everyone. I don’t know how to deal with this. I feel embarrassed to even show my face to anyone. I feel like I have failed. I am going abroad in 10 days and I feel like I don’t deserve it.

Failure

I'm in my finale year of high school and I have to start thinking about my future, and it's frustrating. I know what I would like to do, University Professor or Interior Architect, but I don't if I might get in. Even if I did, I know if my life is going to be stable in terms of money.

Anxiety

I just feel tired. Very tired of feeling this way about myself. There are days when I’m all pumped up and pushing myself and trying to be happy but the others (that are in majority) are usually horrible and make me hate myself even more. I wish i could just take some pill to make myself not feel this way. I’m tired. Very tired. 

And I’m just wishing that someone could help me here. Even though i know this is not how this works, only i can do something about this but I’m tired.

Like when we drink alcohol it gives us pleasure but our craving for it increases more.

No one can control their mind and intellect so you don't need to control your mind and intellect.
First, regulate your organs which are controllable.
Eat what is good, see what is good, hear what is good, speak what is good, and clean your body every time it gets dirty. What will u see, eat, speak, touch, and smell. Minds and brain take all these things as data and subconsciously and unconsciously pops them up. Which makes our mind and intellect clear and focused.

papmanam(sin) prajahi hyenam(increase) jnana-vijnana-nashanam(destruction of knowledge)
If you don't handle your organs the sin you are making will increases with time and will destroy your all knowledge.
